After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance, Shaun attained his MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport. His hobbies include spending time outdoors, cheering for the Cowboys, and playing golf.
James Stith, CPA
Tax ManagerJames Stith is a Certified Public Accountant with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since launching his career in public accounting, James has built a reputation for technical expertise, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to client service.
He began his career at a local public accounting firm serving a wide range of over 1,000 clients. There, he honed his skills in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax planning across a variety of entity types and industries. Over time, his role expanded to include preparation of complex multi-state business returns, high-net-worth individual filings, trust and estate returns, and strategic tax projections.
At Richmond CPA, James brings this well-rounded experience and leadership mindset to serve clients with excellence and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and continuing to expand his knowledge of the ever-evolving tax landscape.
Tyrone Flowers, EA
Senior AccountantTyrone Flowers is a Senior Accountant at Richmond CPA with more than 10 years of experience serving individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. As an Enrolled Agent currently pursuing his CPA license, he specializes in tax preparation, tax planning, IRS representation, and business advisory services.
Throughout his career, Tyrone has prepared and reviewed complex individual and business tax returns, advised clients on tax-saving strategies, and helped business owners navigate financial and operational challenges. His experience spans a wide range of industries and entity types, allowing him to provide practical, results-oriented guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
